Shipping and Returns
Your order will be shipped within two business days of receipt. Orders placed after 5:00 pm central time, US, will be counted as being received the following business day. Your order should arrive within two to five days depending on the level of shipping service you selected.
If you do not receive your order within seven business days, please e-mail customerservice@a3vsigns.com and we will contact you regarding the status of your order within one business day.
Should you be unhappy with your order or it is damaged in shipping, please contact us to discuss the issue. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) if a return is required. No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
Returns must be made in the original packaging. We will exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. Please include a note with your return that includes:
Your RA#, Name, Address, City, State or Region, Postal Code, E-Mail Address, and Daytime Telephone Number.
Also, please include instructions indicating why you are making the return and what item(s) you wish to be sent in exchange.
