All I can say is that anyone will be pleased with the customer service they receive from this vendor. Very outstanding and pleasant to deal with. Even though A3V Signs shipped what I ordered in an appropriate fashion, the postal service did add some unkind roughness to the package before it got to me. A3V Signs was very prompt in responding to my claim and didn't require me to jump through any hoops to contact them. Received replacement sign in perfect condition in short order and I know that I have established a relationship for future needs in this type of product. Excellent service, I am finding, is very rare given some e-commerce websites. I appreciate this vendor more than I can communicate. They made it easier than one can imagine.
